Shipping & Returns

At Aromak, every order is prepared with the same care and attention as our fragrances. We ensure your experience feels as elegant and seamless from the first click to the arrival of the bottle.

Dispatch

We process and ship each order within 1 to 3 business days following its validation. As soon as shipped, you receive an email containing a real-time tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your package with precision.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, the weight of the order and the chosen delivery method. Shipping is free from a certain amount (visible at the time of payment). All packages are packed in a protective and discreet case, faithful to the spirit of our house.

Order Tracking

Tracking remains available at any time via the secure link sent by email. In the event of delay, missing items, or damage in transit, contact contact@aromak.ma. We address each situation promptly, with the discretion and attention that define Aromak.

Returns

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be in original condition, unopened, unused, and accompanied by the order slip and receipt.

To initiate a return, contact us by email at contact@aromak.ma, via our social channels, or by phone. Once approved, our delivery partners will arrange collection.

Items not eligible for return

Personalised creations, discounted items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refund

Once the return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. For cash payments, bank details are required to complete the transfer.
